Today, 68 hectares are occupied by vineyards which are divided between the autochthonous varieties,(Grillo, Insolia, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola), and the new allochthonous varieties which have been introduced (Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah), using clonal selections from the estate's own vineries.
The careful cultivation of the vineyards, as well as the meticulous monitoring of the ripening curves, before the grapes - which are picked exclusively by hand - are brought into the winery, mean that only the fruits with the best qualitative requisites are processed.
